- Description:
- This course is designed to prepare volunteers to answer calls from an affected disaster area. Call agents will be able to provide the caller with information about shelter, feeding sites and other resources available in their area. Prerequisites: Intro to Disaster, Fulfilling our Mission, Intermediate Computer Internet skills are required. Location: Kingsport Office
